On-Site FM: Cost Savings

   Staff Productivity

The staff assigned on-site are fully cross-trained in all facets of the operation; and, although they may be assigned particular areas of responsibilities according to the firm's specifications, each staff person is able to fill-in in any other area when the need arises. Parcels' cross-trained policy of all our staff ensures that there are always competent, experienced individuals available, capable of top performance on-site.

In the past, through productivity and efficiency, we have been able to reduce the number of staff hours assigned to a FM unit, and have passed that savings on to the client.

   Reduced Off-Site Copy Work

FM managers concentrate on reducing off-site copy and imaging work through increased efficiency on-site. Although Parcels has tremendous capabilities for off-site copying and imaging at an economic rate, our goal is to produce as much as possible on-site, with measurable cost savings.

The integration of Parcels' broad range of services allows us to provide FM clients with other services (courier, document retrieval, exhibit production…) at a reduced rate.
