out-of-town counsel - "war room" office space in the heart of Wilmington.

Location: The Chase Manhattan Centre provides
the ultimate office space for preparing for a trial.
It is strategically located at 1201 Market Street on the Ninth Floor,
just five blocks from the U.S. District Courthouse - a short walk or
a quick Courthouse Shuttle ride away.
It is within blocks of top hotels and restaurants.

The Offices: With room to accommodate up to 30 people comfortably,
each office is professionally appointed, with windows overlooking the city.
Internal space leaves ample room for conferences, mock trial, copiers, files,
and other supplies. The building has around-the-clock security.

Equipment: Parcels will fully equip the offices according to the
requirements of counsel. The offices will be set-up and ready to occupy prior
to move-in - attorneys will be able to begin case work from the time of arrival.

The offices are pre-outfitted with: LAN, DSL, phones and voicemail.
