Parcels will provide a Facilities Manager, available 24-hours a day,
to manage the day-to-day peripheral operations of the team.

    Confidentiality: Parcels recognizes the importance of strict confidentiality
    in all aspects of our client services. Parcels staff are trained to act and behave
    in a manner designed to ensure that all information regarding our clients and
    their clients is maintained in the strictest of confidence and is not disclosed
    or used under any circumstances. This applies to our on-site FM staff as well
    as our off-site FM staff, document specialists, couriers and other staff.
