The staff assigned on-site are fully cross-trained in all facets of the operation; and, although they are assigned particular responsibilities, they are able to fill in any other area when the need arises. Our cross-training policy of all Parcels staff - over 115 in Wilmington alone, ensures that there are always available competent, trained individuals capable of top performance at a client's site.

In the past, through productivity and efficiency, we have been able to reduce the number of staff hours assigned to a FM unit, and have passed that savings on to the client.
